We treat both acute and chronic health problems. We do not provide any dental care.
Patients must be a resident of Stanly County between the ages of 18 and 64 years old to qualify for the clinic.
They must not have any private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
They may not be eligible for veterans services.
Total household income of 250% of the federal poverty guidelines or less.
