Patient Assistance
Transportation should not be a barrier to health care. The Community Care Clinic will arrange for transportation to the clinic for medical appointments if needed.
Care Closet
Cash donations or personal care items such as body wash, soap, deodorant, shampoo and cleaning supplies such as paper products, dish detergent and clothes detergent are appreciated to help stock our Care Closet. These items are expensive and do not feed a hungry family.
